Vegan Crump burrito

Delicious and easy to make burrito will bring a smile to everyones face. But what will surprise you the most is how good a burrito can taste without any meat.

Yields1 Serving
 1 Can of blackbeans
 1 Can sweet corn
 1 tsp Paprika powder
 ½ tsp Smoked paprika powder
 1 tsp Cumin
 2 tsp Fresh lime juice
 2 tsp Green onions, cut into rings
 ½ cup of freshly chopped cliantro
 Salt, to taste
 Black pepper, to taste
 For the filling:
 100 g 2 cups of Crump
 500 ml 4 cups of warm water
 1 cup of Guacamole
 1 cup of Salsa
 ¾ cups of vegan sour cream
 ½ cups of vegan shredded cheese
 3 cups shredded lettuce
 3 cups of cooked brown rice
 6 large flour tortillas

Take a bowl for CRUMP and pour in warm water, let stand for 3-5 minutes

Next, take the pan and fry in the CRUMP until the water is gone. season with spices (salt and pepper)

Drain and rinse the black beans and the corn. In a medium bowl, combine them with the paprika powder, cumin, smoked paprika powder, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Add the chopped green onions and the fresh cilantro and stir well.

Lay a tortilla down flat on a plate. Add some rice in the center of the tortilla. Then add some seasoned CRUMP and the bean corn salad on top. Next comes some salsa, lettuce, vegan cheese, vegan sour cream, and avocado. If you want you could also sprinkle some red pepper flakes on top.

Fold in the sides and then roll the burrito up and wrap it. Then cut it into half with a sharp knife.
