BBQ Cana salad

 120 g BBQ cana
 100 g Chinese cabbage
 80 g canned black beans
 70 g red onion (small cubes)
 80 g canned corn
 30 g grated cheese
 80 g cherry tomatoes
 50 g garlic salad dressing (vegan mayonnaise if desired)
Tortilla croutons
 80 g wheat tortilla
 8 g oil
 2 g salt
 2 g parley
 5 g garlic

Take a salad bowl and put chopped Chinese cabbage, black beans, red onion cubes, corn, cherry tomatoes and grated cheese in the bowl.

Now roast the BBQ Cana in a medium heat pan for 3-5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add warm Cana to a salad bowl.

Drizzle light streaks of sauce over everything and garnish with pre made herb tortilla croutons. Enjoy!

Roll the soft wheat tortilla into a fine roll and use a knife to cut into fine circles.

Prepare the sauce using a little oil, parsley, salt and garlic. Grind them together in a blender. Spread the resulting sauce evenly on the tortilla strips.

Heat the oven to 90 degrees, put the seasoned tortillas on a baking sheet and bake them for 30 minutes. Cool them down and serve.
