Caesar Salad

120 g Herb Cana 220 g iceberg lettuce 50 g cherry tomatoes 12 g grated cheese 50 g caesar dressing 10 g olive oil basil leaves for garnish Tortilla croutons 80 g wheat tortilla 8 g oil 2 g salt 2 g parsley 5 g garlic

How to prepare?

  1. Take a large bowl in which you will prepare the salad. Clean and tear the iceberg lettuce into large pieces using your hands.
  2. Add cherry tomatoes, caesar sauce and grated cheese to a bowl. If desired, add crushed black pepper.
  3. Heat a pan over medium heat, adding a little oil. When the oil is hot, remove the Herb (Ürdi) Cana from the package and roast it in the pan for a few minutes.
  4. Mix the salad thoroughly and divide it between two bowls. Place preheated Herb (Ürdi) Cana, grated cheese and the pre made herb-garlic tortilla croutons on top. Garnish with basil leaves. Enjoy!
Tortilla croutons
  1. Roll the soft wheat tortilla into a fine roll and use a knife to cut into fine circles.
  2. Prepare the sauce using a little oil, parsley, salt and garlic. Grind them together finely in a blender. Spread the sauce evenly on tortilla strips.
  3. Heat the oven to 90 degrees and bake the seasoned tortillas for 30 minutes on a baking sheet. Cool the tortillas down and serve.
