Herb Cana and Quinoa Salad

200g Herb Cana 1 cucumber, diced 1 tomato, diced 100g Chinese cabbage, finely shredded 250g red quinoa, cooked 1-2 radishes, sliced 40g of pomegranate seeds 2 tbsp sesame oil 1 tbsp of lemon juice 1 tbsp of sugar salt 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds 1 tbsp roasted flax seeds

How to prepare?

  1. Combine Herb Cana, cucumber, tomato, Chinese cabbage, quinoa, radish and pomegranate seeds in a large bowl.
  2. Prepare the sauce: Mix sesame oil, lemon juice, sugar and salt together.
  3. Mix the sauce with the vegetables: Pour the sauce over the vegetables and cover the vegetables evenly with sauce.
  4. Serving: Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds and flax seeds on the salad.
  5. Serve this fresh and crisp salad cold.
